There is a cheese shop, called Ticklemore cheese, as they trade from Ticklemore Street.
There is also Effings further up the High Street, which has an interesting selection of olives, bread, the usual kind of deli things, and they have a couple of tables at the back where you can have a snack. And they freeze-pack some interesting things for you to take home. |

Ticklemore Cheese"We have been making cheese for twenty years, and were one of the first firms to revive sheep-milking. Our shop has been open for over ten years and offers a carefully selected choice of some of the best West Country cheeses. |
It has always been our desire to support small producers who are trying to make a living in an honest and environmentally-informed manner. We sell cheeses of character and integrity. They will vary with the seasons (dependent on the weather, grass, time of year and skill of the cheesemakers)." |
